Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

Most orders will be shipped out next day. If shipping is delayed, our team will reach out to the email address you provided at checkout. If you would like an update on your order, please send us an email at support@thecopperandlaceco.com or send us a message on Facebook or Instagram. Shipping Rates are calculated at checkout per buyer location. 

Returns:

If you aren't satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to make it right! Items can be returned or exchanged for store credit if the following criteria is met:

  • Returned merchandise must be returned within 15 days of purchase. Items purchased for Christmas, will be accepted for return until January 14th. 
  • All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags on. Items will not be accepted if they appear worn. (example: stains, smells, etc.)
  • Bralettes or any under garment is FINAL SALE.
  • Anything purchased at a discounted rate is FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
